Choosing a psychologist can feel overwhelming. During sessions it is important that anyone who comes to see me feels that they are in a non-judgemental and safe environment. The first thing I will do is listen to your situation and determine a course of action, after all you are coming to therapy for results. From this point we will work together to ensure that progress continues. Therapy can be scary and a complete relief at the same time. When you come to see me you can be sure that, not only are you in good hands, you will also begin to experience resolution for your concerns.

I have 23 years of experience working within the helping profession with families, couples and individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression and struggling with their relationships. I use an approach that involves a combination of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and EMDR for trauma related concerns.
